| Access Information: | Access is open to those with either a Harvard ID, membership in the Museum (Friends of the HMNH), alumni of Harvard and Radcliffe, visiting researchers or students/faculty from other schools with letters of introduction, or else with special permission from the Head of Public Services or the Librarian. The general public may use the library three days per calendar year free of charge. Borrowing privileges are granted to those with a current Harvard ID or may be purchased.
