| Access Information: | The library is open to individuals who possess a current Harvard ID. Scholars and independent researchers who present valid IDs may apply for reader access. Borrowing privileges are extended to individuals who possess a Harvard ID. |

| Holdings Description: | Loeb Music Library collections support the study of music with comprehensive collections in historical and systematic musicology; ethnomusicology; the theory of music; printed music scores; and recorded media (discs, tape, video). Special collections include: the Isham Memorial Library, a collection of rare original materials and reproductions of musical sources, including prints and manuscripts (facsimiles and microforms) and The Archive of World Music, a sound recordings archive of ethnic and popular music of diverse cultural and geographic origins. Houses the Harvard College Library's Judaica CD collection and the USA RISM Office.

| Services: | The library participates in a limited interlibrary loan program.

Cassette player, record (33 and 45 RPM) player, CD-audio player, reel tape player, DAT audio player, DVD player, VHS and DVD player/recorder, microform reader/printers, microform reader/printer/scanner, photocopier (coin and card operated), document scanner, study carrels.

Once inside the building, follow signage to the library. An elevator, an accessible restroom and telephone, and retrieval upon request are available. |
