Browser Requirement: Firefox 1.5 or higher.
To install LibX, you must have Firefox open. To install Harvard LibX, for Firefox 2.0 and higher -

then restart Firefox.
If Firefox displays a message "To protect your computer, Firefox prevented this site...from installing software on your computer, "press the button labeled "Edit Options..." and click "Allow" to add the LibX download site to the list of website from which add-ons may be installed. Then click "Ok" and visit the "Install" link again.
To uninstall Harvard LibX, go to the main Firefox menu and select "Tools," then select "Add-ons,"
and use the "Uninstall" button. You will have to restart Firefox to complete the uninstall.
LibX.org has currently disabled Libx for IE7. Please use an earlier version of IE or use LibX with Firefox.
LibX for Internet Explorer is a Beta version.
If you choose to install it, be aware that some LibX functions (embedded cues and autolinking) do not work well,
and that it may cause problems with your browser.
Browser Requirement: Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher.
Works best with Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher.
Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0 or higher is required for the LibX IE installation process.

To install LibX, you must have Internet Explorer 7 open. To install Harvard LibX now,
Click here, then restart Internet Explorer.
LibX is an Internet Explorer add-on, or ActiveX control. Install LibX only if you are comfortable installing ActiveX controls.
You might not be able to install LibX if your system administrator has disabled your ability to install ActiveX controls,
if you do not have administrative privileges, or if you are using a standard user account.
If Internet Explorer attempts to temporarily block your installation of LibX,
click the Information bar and follow the prompts to continue. Once the "File Download - Security Warning" dialog box appears,
click Open or Run to begin installing LibX.
To uninstall LibX, use the Windows Control Panel and follow the same steps you would take to uninstall a Windows program.
Look for "LibX for IE" in your list of installed programs.
